I like the feel of it. It is a lot better than what craiglist looks like now. As long as you are taking into account all the things the actual website has you are doing a good job.
I was also considering changing the craigslist web page, but I was not confident enough to alter a page that is viewed by so many. I think that you did a good job and it looks better than the actual page. What I would suggest is that you perhaps try different colors and types. I don’t know what it is, but it feels like something is missing.

so anyways, i really like your layouts, they're very clean and have good hierarchy. really the only thing i would say is try a different font, or even a couple different fonts... the all caps (or small caps) thing comes across a little too bold and makes it kinda hard to read.
the color and type are not working for you. too much spacing/tracking. and ALL CAPS IS VERY HARD TO READ
input fields are way too small. not much of a division between items. needs more space.
layout could work. but lets take it a step further and clean it up more. menu on right is still hard to manage and typically not a good place to have such an important feature.
improve you type and your layout will improve greatly.
thumbnails are a good idea though on left hand side of product.

yea... I have a problem with the colors too. The gray is not dark or light enough for black or white text.
